Private Sector Development and Employment Promotion project is organizing a conference titled “
Building economic resilience in post-Corona Iraq” on 25-26 of August. There will be 300 participants in
the conference, including the German ambassador, Iraqi government officials and political partners,
business unions & associations, private sector representatives, researchers, international donors.
Goals
• Encourage a constructive public dialogue about
economic topics, esp. the role of the private sector in
overcoming the current crisis and necessary
economic reforms.
• Promote economic research.
• Support networking between relevant local and
international stakeholders.
