- Worked as a teacher at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, and specialised in meticulous public policy and political systems.
- Became head of the Department of Public Policy from 2009 to 2012.
- Al-Nahrain University has nominated her to work with the United States Agency for International Development and coordinate with them in the area of public policy development in Iraq. She has worked with them for two years with the rank of senior policy Adviser.
- Contributed to the training of state ministries staff to establish a department specialising in public policies within each ministry.
- Established an expanded conference for Iraqi universities and added the term policy within the curriculum of the colleges of political science.
- Studied many subjects related to political science in addition to supervising and discussing many graduation researches, masters theses, and doctoral theses that are related to public policies and political systems
- Belongs to many organisations and research studies centres.
- Studied the public policies course for preliminary studies, as well as the public policy papers for graduate students.
